My motivation

The two main reasons why I chose this project is because my dad works in the field of Cyber Security meaning that he has worked with computers his entire life and because I also enjoy playing video games, these two reasons influenced me to work on this project to improve my knowledge and understanding of the algorithms that are developed behind the scenes of video games and allowed me to learn how to code a game of my own.

 

Previously I have learned html, which is the coding language used to create and develop websites. This is completely different to the language I used in this project, C++, which can be called an Object Oriented Programming Language as it is solely based on the concept of reusable objects that contain code and data. In the future I believe that coding is going to be a necessary skill which means that learning to code will come in handy, in this case some functions which I used can be utilized in different ways and purposes.
